BioLib Technologies ApS in København develops AI-powered tools for biology and drug discovery. A Machine Learning Scientist will develop, train and deploy models on biological data, from protein sequences to omics datasets, enabling scientists and pharma partners to access advanced analytics.

You will apply state-of-the-art methods, including protein language models and generative AI, and collaborate with researchers to translate questions into robust ML solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in ML, CS, bioinformatics or computational biology.
• Hands-on experience building and training ML models.
• Production-quality Python coding experience.
• Experience with biological data and biology basics.
• Publications or open source projects demonstrating work.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train and evaluate ML models on biological data such as protein sequences, structures and omics datasets.
• Deploy models as scalable applications on the BioLib platform, making them accessible to scientists worldwide.
• Apply and adapt state-of-the-art methods, including protein language models and generative AI.
• Collaborate with researchers and pharma partners to translate scientific questions into robust ML solutions.
• Help shape the scientific direction of the platform and bring the newest methods to users.
