Responsibilities

• Lead the team on your floor to deliver a hand-crafted client experience.
• Achieve commercial targets through effective organization of the team and product management.
• Improve commercial performance through product knowledge, sales analytics, stock rotation, replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Lead a high performing client-facing and service-oriented team.
• Drive the digital experience in store and use digital resources to communicate when face-to-face is not possible.
• Build client relationships to drive traffic and client engagement.
• Support the Store Manager in driving store strategy to achieve best sales performance.
