Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act in the client’s best interest with deep product knowledge.
• Welcome and assist each client with an excellent in-store experience.
• Tell compelling stories and ask engaging questions.
• Build long-term authentic client relationships.
• Handle complaints by coordinating with the line manager.
• Lead on the selling floor to hit sales targets.
• Cross-sell across departments to maximise opportunities.
• Maintain brand standards on the shop floor and displays.
• Ensure smooth payment operations, returns and tax-free processes.
• Guard stock and reduce theft with proactive vigilance.
