Job summary

Diesel is seeking a passionate Client Advisor in Copenhagen to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will welcome clients, understand their desires, and craft a story-driven shopping journey that builds loyalty.

You will actively engage in cross-selling, maintain high visual standards, and collaborate with team members to reach sales targets while representing the brand’s luxury ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage clients.
• Solid understanding of luxury fashion retail and product sensitivity.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and loyalty.
• Willingness to evolve in the organization and relocate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act and think first of the client and their experience, with in-depth knowledge of client needs.
• Welcome and assist each client with an excellent in-store experience.
• Be a master at storytelling and asking engaging questions.
• Create a long-term authentic bond with clients and make the experience about them.
• Deal with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Demonstrate leadership on the selling floor to drive sales results.
• Engage in cross selling across departments and hit KPIs.
• Showcase brand and product knowledge.
• Manage payments including returns, refunds, and tax-free transactions accurately.
• Maintain high shop floor standards and visual displays.
• Follow stock procedures and security guidelines to prevent theft.
• Think innovatively to improve and generate new ideas and stay current with trends.
