Starwood Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service across restaurant, bar, banquet and IRD outlets. You will support management, delegate tasks, train staff, and maintain high standards in guest satisfaction and safety.

In a dynamic 24-hour operation, you will set the tone for service quality, coordinate events, and foster teamwork that delivers memorable experiences for our guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting management to lead day-to-day department operations of all F&B outlets including restaurant, bar, banquet and IRD.
• Experience in a luxury hotel is a desirable asset.
• Skilled in providing professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Experience with overseeing waiters' opening and closing duties, ensuring all tasks are completed to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day F&B department operations and ensure smooth service across outlets.
• Support management with staff coordination, delegation, and task execution.
• Uphold health, safety and hygiene standards in all service areas.
• Coordinate events and special occasions to ensure flawless guest experiences.
• Train and onboard new staff to meet service expectations and procedures.
