Job summary

Limepack is seeking an E-commerce growth leader to own growth, conversions and customer journeys across Europe. Initially you’ll drive webshop performance and lifecycle initiatives, while shaping a long-term Loyalty & CRM roadmap.

You combine commercial thinking with hands-on execution, using data to set priorities and deliver measurable improvements across markets, with strong cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in ecommerce or digital growth.
• Hands-on CRO and customer journey optimization experience.
• Strong data skills, prioritization, and cross-team coordination.
• Experience with CRM, lifecycle retention or multi-market ecommerce.
• Commercial mindset focused on revenue and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Grow ecommerce performance: improve webshop conversion, journeys, AOV and revenue.
• Lead and collaborate with tech setup and developers to bring initiatives to life.
• Turn data into priorities with clear roadmaps and KPI follow-ups.
• Drive high-impact initiatives across teams with ownership and timely delivery.
• Build scalable solutions across Limepack's European markets.
• Develop Loyalty, CRM & Lifecycle post-purchase initiatives to strengthen relationships.
