Hårklinikken is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to own our global ecommerce CRM and lifecycle journeys across six markets. You will design onboarding, onboarding, subscription retention, and loyalty programs, working hands-on in Klaviyo and Recharge to optimize engagement and revenue.

You will track cohorts and LTV by market, collaborating with Brand, clinics, and Client Care Teams. This role reports to the Global Director of Ecommerce and is based in Copenhagen, with a focus on driving first

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in CRM, retention or lifecycle marketing, ideally within DTC ecommerce.
• Strong hands-on Klaviyo skills, with experience building flows, segments and templates yourself.
• Experience with subscriptions, ideally Recharge.
• A track record of delivering results that you can demonstrate through data.
• Confidence working with data, with the ability to read a cohort and understand what to test next.
• Fluent English.

Mansioni

• Build and run Klaviyo flows, segments, campaigns and SMS across six markets.
• Own the onboarding journey for new clients in the first 90 days.
• Manage subscriptions in Recharge: sign-ups, retention, churn and win-back.
• Develop booking reminders and post-consultation flows to convert consultations into treatments.
• Collaborate with Client Care Team on loyalty, reviews and feedback.
• Coordinate the campaign calendar to align CRM, site and paid media.
