Job summary

ECCO is seeking a Senior Personalisation & Loyalty Lead to drive how we tailor experiences across markets, channels and touchpoints. You will connect customer needs, business priorities and technology to create more relevant engagement for millions of ECCO customers.

The role spans marketing, digital, data & AI, technology and external partners, offering broad cross-functional exposure and ownership to shape ECCO's loyalty program and continuous personalisation evolution.

Qualifications

• Have 5-7 years of experience within CRM, personalisation, customer engagement, digital marketing, project management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and build business cases for personalisation initiatives across channels and touchpoints.
• Lead cross-functional projects from discovery to launch and optimisation.
• Collaborate with Data, MarTech, Digital and Analytics teams to turn insights into actionable customer experiences.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of ECCO's loyalty programme.
