Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within logistics or supply chain.
Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Interest in optimizing processes and improving service delivery.
Fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and understanding their business priorities.
Coordinating shipments and ensuring smooth execution across the supply chain—from booking to delivery.
Monitoring service performance and proactively addressing disruptions or delays.
Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer commitments.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey.
