Job summary

Arla Foods A.m.b.a is seeking a Logistics Specialist Digitalization in Rødkærsbro to drive the digital transformation of the Logistics department. You will identify opportunities, shape practical digital solutions and lead projects from idea to adoption, coordinating with cross-functional teams and the Global IT organization.

How you will make an impact

As a Logistics Specialist Digitalization in our Logistics department, you can look forward to an exciting and challenging role where you will work across functions on digitalization and business improvement projects. You will need to understand the business, identify improvement opportunities and translate them into practical digital solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead projects and ensure progress across tasks, including

• Shape the digitalization agenda, including assessing the potential and suitability of new technologies in relation to departmental operations
• Drive projects from idea to completed solution, with a focus on user experience
• Ensure a good balance between objectives, resources, value and budget
• Ensure that solutions are properly documented, communicated and embedded in daily ways of working
• Act as a sparring partner with Arla’s Global IT organization on the development and implementation of Arla standard platforms
• Be an active team player who involves relevant stakeholders and builds strong relationships and collaboration
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency and take ownership of ensuring that projects move forward and are completed

In addition, we imagine that you have

• A relevant educational background, for example within value chain management, supply chain, logistics, digitalization or business development. Preferably at least two years of experience from a similar role
• A solid project management toolbox, strong execution skills and the ability to create structure and progress
• The ability and motivation to familiarise yourself with everything from simple to complex business systems
• Strong competencies in data visualisation using Microsoft Power BI
• Curiosity to stay up to date on new technologies
• Fluent in both Danish and English
