Job summary

Arla Foods amba in Rødkærsbro is seeking a Logistics Specialist Digitalization to drive the digital development of our Logistics department. You will lead cross-functional projects from idea to implemented solutions, focusing on user experience and value creation.

Qualifications

Relevant educational background in value chain management, supply chain, logistics, digitalization or business development.
Preferably at least two years of experience from a similar role.
Solid project management toolbox and the ability to create structure and progress.
Ability and motivation to familiarise yourself with everything from simple to complex business systems.
Strong data visualization skills with Power BI.

Responsibilities

Lead digitalization projects across functions and ensure progress.
Shape the digitalization agenda, including assessing the potential and suitability of new technologies in relation to departmental operations.
Drive projects from idea to completed solution, with a focus on user experience.
Ensure that solutions are properly documented, communicated and embedded in daily ways of working.
Act as a sparring partner with Arla’s Global IT organization on the development and implementation of Arla standard platforms.
Be an active team player who involves relevant stakeholders and builds strong relationships and collaboration.
Maintain a strong sense of urgency and take ownership of ensuring that projects move forward and are completed.
