Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking a Student Assistant to support the Digitalization & Product Data Excellence team in PLM. You will help improve digital solutions, document processes, and develop learning materials for users across the value chain.

You will collaborate with IT and business colleagues, enabling better user experiences and efficient workflows. Based in Denmark, the role is 15 hours per week and supports ongoing learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Clear written and spoken communication in English.
• Currently completing a bachelor’s degree or recently started a master’s degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Documenting and updating business process flows and user guides.
• Supporting the clarification and documentation of system enhancements.
• Creating and improving user-friendly learning materials for the digital learning library.
• Supporting users through the PLM mailbox.
• Preparing user surveys, analysing feedback, and summarising findings and actions.
• Supporting user access and approval processes for digital solutions.
• Preparing presentations, reports and stakeholder communication.
• Following up on improvement initiatives and decisions.

Have you ever wondered what happens behind the scenes when products move from idea to reality? In this role, you'll help improve digital tools, optimize processes, and support users across the organization, all while building experience in one of Arla's key digital transformation areas.

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is about improving the way we manage our products throughout their lifecycle. It brings together people, processes, data, and systems to help us meet current and future needs from customers and consumers.

In the Digitalization & Product Data Excellence team, we work with digital solutions, business processes, and product data across the product lifecycle. We are looking for a Student Assistant who is interested in how people, processes, data, and digital solutions work together.

How will you make an impact?

As our Student Assistant, you will work closely with colleagues across business and IT to improve our digital solutions and make them easier for users to understand and use. In close collaboration with your colleagues, your primary tasks will include

• Documenting and updating business process flows and user guides
• Supporting the clarification and documentation of system enhancements
• Creating and improving user-friendly learning materials for our digital learning library
• Supporting users through our shared PLM mailbox
• Preparing user surveys, analysing feedback, and summarising findings and recommended actions
• Supporting user access and approval processes for our digital solutions
• Preparing presentations, reports and stakeholder communication
• Supporting improvement initiatives and following up on agreed actions and decisions

What will make you successful?

Ideally, you are currently completing your bachelor’s degree or have recently started your master’s degree. You are curious, work in a structured and dependable way, and are comfortable working both independently and with different stakeholders. You have a strong communicative nature and get energy from interacting with and helping others. You are eager to learn and enjoy challenges. You quickly understand ways of working and are interested in the connections between people, processes, product data, and digital solutions across our value chain.

Moreover, we expect that you

• Have clear written and spoken communication skills in English
• Are proficient in using Microsoft 365, including advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
