Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle in Copenhagen (Hybrid) is seeking a Logistics, Warehousing & Co-packing Coordinator to ensure day-to-day operations across logistics, warehousing and co-packing.

You will collaborate with warehouses, carriers and third-party providers while working closely with Supply Planning, Customer Service and Quality teams to maintain product availability, inventory accuracy and on-time delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• Experience in FMCG logistics and warehousing coordination.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers, warehouses, co-packers and other third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor warehouse operations, inventory accuracy and stock reconciliations, resolving discrepancies.
• Plan and coordinate co-packing activities ensuring timely execution.
• Support NPD/co-packing projects with stakeholders while Trade Marketing retains ownership.
• Resolve delivery failures, damages, and operational issues with internal/external partners.
• Track KPIs and service levels for 3PL, carriers and co-packers.
• Monitor costs and validate operational charges; support supplier reviews.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Quality and Commercial teams.
• Identify and drive improvements in logistics/warehousing processes.
