Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle in Copenhagen (Hybrid) is seeking a Logistics, Warehousing & Co-packing Coordinator to ensure day-to-day operations across logistics, warehousing and co-packing.

You will collaborate with warehouses, carriers and third-party providers while working closely with Supply Planning, Customer Service and Quality teams to maintain product availability, inventory accuracy and on-time delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• Experience in FMCG logistics and warehousing coordination.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers, warehouses, co-packers and other third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor warehouse operations, inventory accuracy and stock reconciliations, resolving discrepancies.
• Plan and coordinate co-packing activities ensuring timely execution.
• Support NPD/co-packing projects with stakeholders while Trade Marketing retains ownership.
• Resolve delivery failures, damages, and operational issues with internal/external partners.
• Track KPIs and service levels for 3PL, carriers and co-packers.
• Monitor costs and validate operational charges; support supplier reviews.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Quality and Commercial teams.
• Identify and drive improvements in logistics/warehousing processes.

As our Logistics, Warehousing & Co-packing Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of our logistics, warehousing and co-packing activities.

You will coordinate closely with warehouses, carriers, co-packers and other third-party logistics providers, while working cross-functionally with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Quality and Commercial teams.

Your focus will be on ensuring product availability, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery and cost-effective operations, while proactively resolving issues and driving continuous improvements across our logistics network.

Your core responsibilities at a glance:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers, warehouses, co-packers and other third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor warehouse operations, inventory accuracy and stock reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved.
• Plan and coordinate co-packing activities, ensuring timely execution in line with agreed specifications and quality requirements.
• Facilitate the operational execution of approved NPD and co-packing projects, coordinating relevant stakeholders while Trade Marketing retains project ownership.
• Resolve delivery failures, damages, warehouse discrepancies and other operational issues together with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor warehouse, carrier and co-packer performance against agreed KPIs and service levels, including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy and operational quality.
• Track 3PL and co-packing costs, validate operational charges and support regular supplier performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Customer Service, Quality and Commercial teams to ensure product availability and achieve service targets.
• Identify and drive improvements in logistics, warehousing and co-packing processes, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The ideal recipe for our new Logistics, Warehousing & Co-packing Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain or a related field.
• Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing or a related coordination role, preferably in FMCG industry.
• Good understanding of logistics flows, warehouse operations and co-packing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with external partners.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle as well as WMS and/or TMS platforms.
• Good knowledge of Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Fluent in English , both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on and proactive approach.
• Team-oriented and able to remain responsive and solution-focused under pressure.
