Job summary

BASE life science is seeking a Content Excellence Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and shape commercial content solutions for life science clients. You will work with cross‑functional teams, deliver workshops, and drive AI-enabled content strategies using platforms like Veeva Vault PromoMats and Vault Medical.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams in Denmark or Spain, leveraging your deep knowledge of pharma content processes to deliver measurable impact across the value chain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience in pharma or commercial content
• Deep knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats and end-to-end MLR review
• Strong project and stakeholder management experience
• Ability to distill requirements into solution scenarios
• Creative thinking to build offerings and AI opportunities
• Excellent presentation skills to executive level
• Strong communication in English
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional, remote teams

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on projects, sharing content process insights and best practices
• Serve as project team contact to customer stakeholders, up to senior sponsors
• Lead design workshops, assessments and requirements sessions with customers
• Advise on content and digital asset management principles and platform usage
• Identify AI growth opportunities and translate into client value
• Develop and upsell offerings and grow client relationships
