Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, is seeking a Lead Producer for LEGO GAME to transform imaginative ideas into digital experiences that delight builders of all ages. You will oversee end-to-end production, align internal workflows with external partners, and ensure projects meet strategic goals across platforms.

This hybrid role offers a collaborative culture, with 3 days in-office and 2 days from home, and the chance to influence family-friendly entertainment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a producer in relevant industry.
• Proven experience in leadership roles.
• Experience executing full-development cycles of multiple shipped titles or products.
• Demonstrated ability to manage changes effectively in projects.
• Adept at resolving issues within teams or with external partners.
• Expertise in project budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Deep understanding of production pipelines including live operations.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership abilities to inspire teams toward success.
• Proactive problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
• A deep passion for enabling teams to thrive and perform at their best.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production for multiple concurrent products.
• Mentor and oversee project setups and external partner coordination.
• Act as primary operations bridge with external developers and agencies.
• Oversee budgets, timelines and resource planning across the lifecycle.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Legal, and Data teams.
• Continuously optimize production workflows.
