Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, is seeking a Lead Producer for LEGO GAME to transform imaginative ideas into digital experiences that delight builders of all ages. You will oversee end-to-end production, align internal workflows with external partners, and ensure projects meet strategic goals across platforms.

This hybrid role offers a collaborative culture, with 3 days in-office and 2 days from home, and the chance to influence family-friendly entertainment.

Join the adventure at LEGO® GAME, where creativity meets technology! As a Lead Producer, you'll be at the forefront of transforming imaginative ideas into groundbreaking digital experiences that delight and inspire builders of all ages. Are you ready to lead the charge?

As a Lead Producer, you will oversee the production process for delivering engaging digital experiences. You’ll manage and enhance internal workflows, align with external production partners, and play a key role in ensuring that all development efforts meet the LEGO Group’s long-term goals and strategies.

This position is based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 3 days/week in-office and 2 days/week from home. There is no relocation support provided for this role.

Core Responsibilities
  • Leading Production Efforts Drive the end-to-end production pipeline for multiple concurrent products, bridging production realities with strategic objectives.
  • Mentorship and Oversight Guide and empower team, overseeing their project setups, delivery readiness and external partner coordination from concept to launch.
  • External Partner Management Act as the primary operational bridge and escalation point for external developers, IP partners, and agencies, resolving complex issues to ensure production flow.
  • Resource and Budget Optimization Establish clear, achievable production goals, overseeing project budgets, timelines and resource planning across the entire lifecycle.
  • Cross Functional Alignment Facilitate development that supports the LEGO Group’s broader objectives, ensuring smooth collaboration with Marketing, Legal, Responsible Gaming, Data and other internal teams at critical organizational levels.
  • Workflow Innovation Continuously optimize ways of working, improving internal production workflows to keep pace with the rapid, iterative nature of digital platform’s development.

In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone of our production efforts across different platforms, ensuring that large-scale projects are delivered with precision and creativity. You'll work across teams and stakeholders to bring our vision to life, aligning the realities of live production with strategic goals to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow!

Nice to have
  • Proficiency in production tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Miro).
  • Prior experience with children's or young adult digital products.
  • UGC Platform Expertise Experience developing, managing, or producing experiences on major UGC gaming platforms (such as Roblox, Minecraft, UEFN).
  • Data Fluency Familiarity with tracking, analyzing, and reporting on platform specific performance metrics.
  • Target Audience Experience overseeing digital products or games, specifically designed for children, young adults or families.
  • Global Teamwork Collaborate with diverse teams across various locations.
