Ørsted Offshore Mgmt. & Coordination is seeking a Resource Planner to develop long-, mid-, and short-term plans, own intake and governance of resource requests, and provide capacity insights for data-driven decisions across Engineering, Planning, Procurement, QHSE and Digital teams.
You’ll lead demand forecasting, scenario analysis, and optimization of resource allocation across projects, support SAP work order governance, and help roll out new concepts while promoting an agile planning culture.
Join us in this role where you’ll develop and oversee long-, mid-, and short-term resource plans, ensuring the right competencies are deployed at the right time. You'll act as the central point for resource requests, provide strategic planning insights, and help drive data-driven decision-making that supports asset availability, integrity, and operational excellence.
You’ll be part of the Offshore Mgmt. & Coordination team where you, together with your colleagues, will drive strategic resource planning, forecasting, and coordination across Generation. You'll work closely with stakeholders across engineering, planning, procurement, QHSE, and digital teams to ensure efficient deployment of resources and effective execution of operational priorities.

For this position, the expected base pay range is kr57,920.00- kr72,400.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
