Ørsted seeks a QHSE Advisor to provide expert support to offshore wind sites and onshore teams across Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland. Based in Esbjerg, you’ll work with site leadership, technicians, and contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and high-performing operations.
You’ll lead risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring teams and promoting a strong safety culture with Danish and English proficiency.

You'll work closely with site leadership, technicians, contractors, and colleagues across Europe, providing practical guidance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting a culture where safety is at the heart of everything we do.
You’ll be part of the QHSE Generation CE team, a highly collaborative network of QHSE professionals supporting operational offshore wind sites across Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland. In this role, you’ll act as the dedicated QHSE Advisor for Horns Rev 2, working closely with the site's leadership team, technicians, and contractors to support safe and compliant operations. At the same time, you’ll be part of a wider community of experienced QHSE advisors who share knowledge, drive best practices, and continuously improve operational safety across our QHSE Generation CE portfolio. The role is based in Esbjerg and reports to the Head of QHSE Generation CE QHSE.

For this position, the expected base pay range is kr52,480.00- kr65,000.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
