Job summary

SAS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Pilot Team Lead to lead the recruitment of pilots across SAS AOCs. You will shape and execute sourcing, marketing and talent attraction strategies, coach a team of TA professionals, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure a strong candidate experience.

You will also drive data-informed decision making, monitor KPIs, and lead recruitment projects with a focus on diversity and inclusion across multiple locations while adhering to iCARE values.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of Talent Acquisition teams.
• Experience managing end-to-end pilot recruitment in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding.
• Experience with recruitment analytics and data-driven improvements.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
