Job summary

Bifrost Studios is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager for a 6-month contract based in Copenhagen, with a hybrid work setup, and a potential path to full-time. You will own hiring across seniorities and functions for a fast-scaling AI infrastructure portfolio company, upgrading an AI-enabled toolstack and building scalable hiring infrastructure.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment across hardware, software, sales and marketing, crafting strategy, coordinating onboarding, and coaching managers

Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruitment, including in-house at a fast-growing startup or scale-up.
• Track record of closing hires across technical and commercial roles.
• Experience owning end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer.
• Strong outbound sourcing, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Comfort using AI sourcing and screening tools in day-to-day recruitment.
• Experience building recruitment structure from scratch: processes, templates, programmes.
• Fluent English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inherit and upgrade an AI-enabled talent acquisition toolstack to support high-volume, high-quality hiring.
• Own role intake, hiring manager alignment, and recruitment strategy across all functions and seniority levels.
• Run inbound and outbound recruitment end to end — from first contact to signed offer.
• Manage the full hiring process including contracts and onboarding coordination.
• Coach hiring managers on best practice, structured interviewing, and decision-making.
• Build scalable hiring processes from the ground up, including referral programmes and onboarding frameworks.
