Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field with 8+ years in robotics
• Proficient in ROS2 and C/C++ in a Linux environment
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and CAN bus networks
• Hands-on perception and localization with LiDAR, cameras, GNSS/GPS and sensor fusion
• Familiar with safety standards ISO 13849/25119 and safety-critical systems
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for hands-on deployment and support

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of autonomous control systems for heavy off-highway vehicles using ROS2 and C/C++
• Design, test, and optimize algorithms for sensor fusion, path planning, and vehicle navigation
• Deploy, tune, and validate autonomous solutions at customer sites in real-world environments
• Bridge software and hardware through embedded control solutions using the PLUS+1 platform
• Drive rigorous testing and ensure compliance with ISO 13849 for safety and reliability
