Job summary

You will travel to customer sites to deploy, validate, and tune autonomous solutions on real equipment in mining, agriculture, and construction, leading to safer, more productive machines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 8+ years in robotics software.
• Strong ROS2 and C/C++ experience in Linux environments.
• Solid knowledge of vehicle dynamics and onboard networks.
• Experience with perception/sensor fusion (LiDAR, cameras, GNSS).
• Familiar with functional safety standards ISO 13849/25119 and safety-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end autonomous control system development for off-road vehicles.
• Design, test, and optimize algorithms for sensor fusion, navigation, and path planning.
• Deploy and tune autonomous software at customer sites and on real machinery.
• Bridge software and hardware with embedded control using PLUS+1 platform.
• Ensure reliability and safety through rigorous testing and FS standards.
