Job summary

PIECES, part of the BESTSELLER family, is seeking a Junior Buyer in Aarhus to support product development and supplier dialogue from concept to final orders. You will work with textiles, product details and data, and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow in the role.

You will collaborate with the Product Responsible and the wider Buying, Design and Technical teams to move collections forward, with a hands-on approach to sourcing and order follow-up.

Qualifications

• Interest in products and product development, especially textiles
• Strong analytical approach with data and processes
• Excellent Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
• Independent and responsible, able to follow tasks through to completion
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Assist in product development and sourcing textiles and materials for new styles
• Communicate daily with suppliers and align on product details and quality
• Place purchase orders and track production, deliveries and timelines
• Work with product and order data to structure information and support decisions
• Coordinate with buyers, designers, sourcing and sales throughout development
• Approximately two international trips per year
