IDEMIA Denmark is seeking a proactive technical liaison to bridge customers and IDEMIA across complex product needs. You will understand customer requirements, promote IDEMIA solutions, and support sales through presentations and tender responses.

Responsabilidades

• Main contact point for technical topics between customers and IDEMIA.
• Understand customer technical needs and identify potential products against IDEMIA's product roadmap.
• Promote IDEMIA products and services to customers.
• Provide ongoing technical support to sales and contribute to sales presentations, tender responses and proposals.
• Implement projects and coordinate final validation with customers.
• Collect functional requirement specifications for applicable products with the customer.
• Manage the product selection process and ensure the right product matches customer requirements.
• Participate in project delivery and technical implementation.
• Coordinate final validation for applicable products with customers.
• Maintain a close relationship with the technical counterpart of the customer.
• Engage in product specification reviews to upsell and influence next product evolution.
• Assist in quality complaints from customer on delivered products through first level local troubleshooting.
• Support quality team in resolution of problems and coordinate response or communication to the customer.
• Promote and implement standard products for small to medium size customers.
