Job summary

AdventureRecruit UAE seeks a Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in the Faroe Islands on a contract basis. The position offers a salary of 1,500 USD and includes free visa and flight for non-local candidates.

You will assist senior architects, interact with clients and contractors, and develop drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, supporting project delivery from concept to construction.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Faroe Islands. As a Junior Commercial Architect you will be responsible for assisting our senior architects in the design and construction of commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients, contractors and other team members to create innovative and functional designs that meet the needs and budget of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field but we also welcome candidates without experience who have a strong passion for commercial architecture. You must possess excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting senior architects in all phases of the design process from concept development to construction documentation
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and requirements for the project
• Creating detailed drawings, 3D models and renderings using AutoCAD or other software programs
• Conducting site visits and coordinating with contractors during construction to ensure project progress meets design specifications
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial architecture

Requirements
