We are a leading architecture firm based in the beautiful island country of Faroe Islands. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish: conceptualization, design development, construction documentation, and project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, vision, and goals.
• Develop creative and innovative design solutions that meet client requirements and align with industry standards.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to budget constraints, timelines, and quality standards.
• Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance and mentorship as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in architectural design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• At least 5 years of experience working as an architect with a proven track record of successfully completed projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, contractors, and vendors.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation & Location
