We are a leading architectural firm based in Faroe-Islands seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion
• Manage and coordinate project teams including architects engineers and contractors
• Develop project budgets and timelines ensuring projects are completed within set parameters
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project
• Review and approve design proposals and construction documents
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on professional development

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of design principles construction processes and building codesregulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Requirements

Although not required preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria

• Familiarity with Faroe Islands architectural landscape
• Experience working on sustainablegreen building projects
• Knowledge of BIM Building Information Modeling
