We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in the beautiful city of Faroe-Islands As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architecture projects from design to construction This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ and accommodation will not be provided

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project goals
• Manage and lead a team of architects engineers and designers
• Develop project plans and timelines ensuring adherence to budget and schedule
• Oversee the design process providing guidance and direction to ensure high-quality work
• Conduct site visits and communicate with contractors to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
• Review project plans and make necessary revisions as needed
• Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and safety standards
• Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in architecture or construction management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
