Job summary

VirtualWorks Hub in the Faroe-Islands is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to lead design concepts, ensure client specifications, codes, and budgets are met. The role requires collaboration with clients, preparation of CAD drawings, and supervision of on-site implementation.

You will work with contractors and stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule, while adhering to sustainable practices and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Faroe-Islands As an Architectural Designer you will be responsible for designing and planning various architectural projects ensuring that they meet client specifications building codes and budget constraints

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles building codes and construction techniques
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Faroe-Islands or similar regions
• Experience with sustainable design practices
• Knowledge of 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or Rhino

Salary

Salary for this position is $1600 per month
