Job summary

Link Logistics is seeking a student assistant to join its BI team and gain hands-on experience with Power BI, Fabric, and SQL while learning the fundamentals of BI from the ground up.

You will become part of our internal BI team and work on reports, data models, and the technical solutions behind them, while balancing 10–15 hours per week with your studies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant degree in BI, CS, finance or economics.
• Interest in data analysis and BI.
• Basic experience with Excel/SQL/Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Support data modelling and data cleaning in Fabric.
• Develop and enhance SQL queries to extract and process data.
• Assist the Sales team with analyses and insights from reports.
• Take on ad hoc tasks to support BI initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Support data modelling, structuring, and data clean-up in Microsoft Fabric
• Write and develop your SQL skills to extract and process data
• Support the business with analysis models and reporting that provide insights for the Sales team
• Assist the team with ad hoc tasks and analyses

We Imagine That You

• Are currently studying Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Have a basic interest in data and preferably some experience with Excel, SQL, or Power BI
• Are curious and eager to develop your skills in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL
• Are structured and enjoy working with details
• Enjoy working with data, identifying patterns, and spotting deviations
• Thrive in an internal team environment where you can learn from experienced colleagues
