Link Logistics is seeking a BI Business Partner to join our BI team, embedded in the Commercial function. You will transform data into actionable insights and translate business needs into BI solutions, leveraging Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to support strategic decisions.

You will work at the intersection of data, systems, and business, ensuring data accuracy and contributing to ongoing BI platform development. This role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset and a structured approach to large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills with formulas, pivot tables and data modelling.
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric or strong interest to learn them.
• Experience with SQL and extracting/processing data from databases.
• Background in controlling, finance, business intelligence, or related field, with a few years of relevant experience.

The Role

We are looking for a BI Business Partner to join our BI team, which is part of our Commercial team. You are passionate about numbers, systems, and turning data into actionable insights that support the business.

You will work at the intersection of systems, data, and business, translating business needs into solutions in our BI tools and developing a strong understanding of how data can support and improve decision-making across the organization.

You will develop and support BI solutions that enable the Commercial team and the wider organization to make better and faster decisions.

Your key responsibilities:

• Turn numbers and data into insights that support business decisions - from reporting to action
• Bridge the gap between systems and business by translating complex business needs into practical BI solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across data, systems, and business operations
• Contribute to the continued development of our BI setup as we further mature our Microsoft Fabric platform

We Imagine That You

• Have an analytical mindset and a structured approach to working with large datasets
• Are highly skilled in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling
• Have experience with, or a strong interest in, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
• Have experience with SQL and are comfortable extracting and processing data directly from databases
• Have a background in controlling, finance, business intelligence, or a similar field, preferably with a few years of relevant experience
• Are motivated to develop your skills at the intersection of technology and business and become even stronger at translating between the two
• Are a strong communicator and able to build relationships across the organization
• Enjoy a varied range of tasks and take ownership of your responsibilities
