Job summary

Lantmännen Unibake is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to translate business goals into scalable analytics on Power BI. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders and the data team, building models and reports that deliver real value for over 800 users weekly.

Based at our Copenhagen HQ, you will join a collaborative Data, Analytics and Integrations team and shape how data is used across the organization. A strong manufacturing background and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Power BI, dashboards, reports and data models.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Power Query and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure DevOps, or Tabular Editor is an advantage.
• Manufacturing industry exposure is highly valued.
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive analytics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and English communication with confidence presenting to users.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across HQ and business units to understand requirements and deliver BI solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and visualizations.
• Build and optimize data models using DAX, Power Query and BI best practices.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure reliable reporting on the Unibake Data Platform.
• Drive user adoption through training, demos, testing and stakeholder engagement.
• Continuously improve reports and dashboards to enhance performance and value.
• Provide ongoing support for the global BI community and promote analytics best practices.

Lantmännen Unibake is one of the world's leading bakery groups, operating in more than 20 countries and partnering with global brands such as McDonald's, Starbucks and Aldi. Based at our international HQ in Copenhagen, you will join a collaborative Data, Analytics and Integrations team and play a key role in shaping how data is used across our business.

This is what you will do

As a BI Developer (internally referred to as BI Specialist), you will act as the link between business stakeholders and our data team, translating their goals and requirements into scalable analytics solutions, typically built on Power BI. From development new reports from scratch through to enhancing our existing products, you will build models and reports that create real business value for our units, supporting over 800 users on a weekly basis.

Your key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across HQ and our business units to understand their requirements and deliver impactful BI solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and visualizations that support data-driven decision-making.
• Build and optimize data models using DAX, Power Query and BI best practices.
• Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure reliable and scalable reporting solutions built on our Unibake Data Platform, using the latest Snowflake technologies
• Drive user adoption through training, demonstrations, testing and stakeholder engagement.
• Continuously improve existing reports and dashboards to enhance performance and business value.
• Provide ongoing support for our global BI community and promote analytics best practices across the organization.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience working with Power BI, including developing dashboards, reports and data models using DAX, with good knowledge of best practices for scalable enterprise solutions
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Power Query and Row-Level Security (RLS)
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure DevOps, or Tabular Editor is considered an advantage.
• Previous exposure to the manufacturing industry is highly valued.
• A talent for translating business requirements into intuitive and impactful analytics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English, with the confidence to present solutions to business users.
• A proactive and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Location / Travel

The role is based at Lantmännen Unibake International HQ in Copenhagen, Ørestad, one minute from the Metro.

Expect around 10-15 travel days per year, mainly during key project phases.
