Job summary

Lantmännen Unibake is seeking a BI Developer to turn data into insights and build Power BI solutions that drive smarter business decisions. You will serve as the bridge between stakeholders and our data team, delivering scalable analytics across global units with 800+ weekly users.

You will design dashboards, optimize data models with DAX, and collaborate with Data Engineers on our Unibake Data Platform using Snowflake technologies. English communication and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models using DAX.
• Strong SQL knowledge and Power Query.
• Experience with Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Azure DevOps or Tabular Editor is a plus.
• Previous exposure to manufacturing industry valued.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and fluent English communication.

Do you enjoy turning data into insights that drive better decisions? As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer at Lantmännen Unibake, you will build Power BI solutions that help colleagues across our global business make smarter, data-driven decisions.

Lantmännen Unibake is one of the world's leading bakery groups, operating in more than 20 countries and partnering with global brands such as McDonald's, Starbucks and Aldi. Based at our international HQ in Copenhagen, you will join a collaborative Data, Analytics and Integrations team and play a key role in shaping how data is used across our business.

This is what you will do

As a BI Developer (internally referred to as BI Specialist), you will act as the link between business stakeholders and our data team, translating their goals and requirements into scalable analytics solutions, typically built on Power BI. From development new reports from scratch through to enhancing our existing products, you will build models and reports that create real business value for our units, supporting over 800 users on a weekly basis.

• Partner with stakeholders across HQ and our business units to understand their requirements and deliver impactful BI solutions.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience working with Power BI, including developing dashboards, reports and data models using DAX, with good knowledge of best practices for scalable enterprise solutions
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Power Query and Row-Level Security (RLS)
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure DevOps, or Tabular Editor is considered an advantage.
• Previous exposure to the manufacturing industry is highly valued.
• A talent for translating business requirements into intuitive and impactful analytics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English, with the confidence to present solutions to business users.
• A proactive and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Location / Travel

The role is based at Lantmännen Unibake International HQ in Copenhagen, Ørestad, one minute from the Metro.

Expect around 10-15 travel days per year, mainly during key project phases.
