Job summary

COP in Copenhagen is seeking a Junior Analyst for Procurement Excellence to support central procurement systems, standardize project materials, and create DEVEX procurement reports. Based in Copenhagen, you will help ensure data is accurate and well-structured to support category leads and management.

You are in the final year of a bachelor’s degree or the first semester of a master’s degree, with business or engineering as preferred.

The role:

We are looking for a Junior Analyst for Procurement Excellence to support the central functions within Procurement and help ensure that project teams can rely on accurate, well-structured data and reporting. Based in Copenhagen, you will keep central systems up to date, standardize materials received from project teams, and create DEVEX procurement reports to support category leads and management.To a minor extend, you will also run financial background checks on our suppliers via a standardized system.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Work independently to maintain and update central procurement systems.

Collect, organize, and standardize materials from project teams into a consistent format.

Follow up with stakeholders to ensure the timely submission of required materials.

Create well-structured reports with clear content and visual presentation, with a focus on DEVEX procurement.

Support our junior analyst dedicated to financial background checks in peak load periods

Your experience :

You are in the final year of a bachelor’s degree or the first semester of a master’s degree.

Your field of study is flexible, although business or engineering is preferred.

No prior professional experience is required.
