Job summary

CompuGroup Medical in Zealand, Denmark, is seeking an IT System Professional to join our Danish support and technical team, where you will work with clients in general practice, physiotherapy and psychology. The role blends fieldwork and helpdesk support, with both on-site installations and remote assistance.

You will travel around Denmark, support clinicians, and collaborate with technical, support and development colleagues to solve problems quickly and professionally, ensuring high service

Qualifications

• Solid IT background, e.g. IT Supporter or IT Technician.
• Experience with on-site and remote IT support.
• Fluent in Danish; good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot solutions at customer sites across Denmark.
• Set up and maintain workstations, servers, networks and related equipment.
• Provide remote support via phone, email and remote tools.
• Handle technical inquiries related to clinical systems and related solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues in technical, support and development teams to resolve complex cases.
• Document solutions and share knowledge within the team.
• Travel to customer sites around Denmark.
