Medtronic plc is seeking a Student Worker in Copenhagen to support the Endoscopy Sales & Marketing team across Denmark and the Nordics. You will assist with day-to-day commercial operations, product launches, and training coordination while ensuring compliant execution of HCP activities.

The role offers 20 hours per week in a hybrid setup (office, field, home) starting Oct 2026 for 12 months, with travel across Denmark as needed and development opportunities in a global healthcare leader.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, life sciences, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Danish.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Willingness to travel to the customer across Denmark by car or train.

Responsibilities

• Support MpXR complaint handling activities and coordination of product returns.
• Assist in preparation and coordination of product launches with Territory Managers.
• Coordinate Nordic trainings, courses, and congress-related activities for HCPs, including logistics and materials.
• Coordinate communication and participation of Nordic HCPs in Western Europe courses.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in how a medical technology Sales & Marketing team operates across the Nordic region, how product launches are prepared and executed in collaboration with commercial teams, and how HCP trainings, courses, and congress activities are coordinated in a compliant environment.
