DLG Group IT Operations is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist colleagues across the organisation with daily IT needs and ensure a stable, modern digital workplace. You will support Microsoft 365, Intune MDM, SCCM, Windows, and mobile devices to enable efficient daily work.

You will resolve user requests, coordinate with vendors, and help maintain devices and printers in a hybrid, end-user environment while contributing to service improvements and a positive user experience.

Qualifications

• Completed IT-related education or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune MDM, Windows 10/11, and endpoint management.
• Experience supporting printers, print environments, or related workplace technologies.
• Enjoy providing user-focused support and understanding end-user needs.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle and resolve user requests and incidents via phone and ticketing systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance related to Microsoft 365, Intune MDM, SCCM, and mobile devices across iOS and Android.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors and external support partners when required.
• Support and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and workplace technologies in a modern end-user computing environment.
• Deliver reliable and customer-oriented IT support to colleagues across the organization.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of workplace services and processes.

About The Position

As part of our IT Operations team, you will support colleagues across the organisation with their daily IT needs and help ensure a stable and efficient digital workplace.

Working with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Windows, and mobile devices, you will ensure that employees have the tools and support they need to work effectively every day.

You will work closely with colleagues across the business, resolve technical issues, and help maintain and improve workplace services. This is an opportunity to join a team where technical expertise, service focus, and continuous development are valued.

In This Role, You Will
