Job summary

TDC NET is seeking a hands-on Workforce Enablement Tech Lead to steer the technical direction and standards for digital workplace services. You will shape endpoint strategies across physical and virtual environments and bridge infrastructure leadership with engineering teams.

You will drive secure desktop environments, manage Intune-based policies, and mentor engineers to deliver reliable, user-focused services in a large transformation program.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in endpoint management and automation with Microsoft Intune and PowerShell.
• Hands-on expertise with VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, KASM).
• Understanding of endpoint security and compliance, including Conditional Access, Defender, and Zero Trust.
• Experience with Windows and Linux desktop environments in enterprise setups.
• Experience leading technical engineers and cross-functional IT teams.

We are looking for a hands-on technical leader in Workforce Enablement to drive secure, scalable digital workplace solutions across Endpoints, Intune, and VDI platforms through automation and team leadership. TDC NET is going through one of the largest transformation and modernization phases in its long history. This is an opportunity to revamp and shape TDC NET's vast estate from the ground up as TDC positions itself to become a leading technology provider.

About The Job

As Workforce Enablement Tech Lead, you will own the technical direction, standards, and evolution of TDC NET’s digital workplace services. You will be accountable for shaping and continuously improving endpoint and desktop across physical devices and virtual environments. Acting as the bridge between infrastructure leadership and engineering teams, you will translate strategic direction into robust, scalable, and user-centric technical solutions.

• Own and continuously improve Workforce Enablement services aligned with enterprise infrastructure and digital workplace strategy.
• Define technical strategy, architecture, and standards across endpoints and desktops.
• Lead delivery of secure desktop environments across physical laptops and VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, KASM) for Windows and Linux.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle, security, and compliance using Microsoft Intune, including applications and configuration policies.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams to ensure reliable, user-focused service delivery.
