Qualifications

• Hold a relevant academic degree and extensive experience in regulated pharma or life‑sciences IT compliance, quality, or validation.
• Proven leadership and ability to translate regulatory needs into practical guidance for teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with GxP, IT compliance, computer system validation, and risk‑based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IT Compliance function, setting direction and building capabilities.
• Partner with IT Product and Platform teams in GxP environments to enable compliant, efficient delivery.
• Advise leaders on IT compliance, quality management, validation, testing, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive evolution of IT QMS, governance frameworks, and SOX controls.
