Job summary

IPS is seeking a QA/QC Lead - Mission Critical to join our global team, overseeing development and administration of project-specific QA/QC programs for life sciences facilities. You will coordinate with contractors and clients, manage document control, and drive adherence to quality plans across multiple sites.

The role requires 5+ years in Construction QA/QC management, plus experience with MS Office, Bluebeam, SharePoint, and Procore.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Construction QA/QC management/inspections.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Teams.
• Familiar with Bluebeam Studio/Revu.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Experience with file-sharing platforms.
• OSHA 10 and First Aid/CPR certification (IPS will provide tools) must be maintained.
• Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop QC Inspection scripts to meet contract documents and IPS standards.
• Perform onsite QC inspections at factory, equipment integrator, and project site.
• Train field supervisory and document control staff on ETOP criteria.
• Ensure sufficient qualified staff are assigned to execute the plan.
• Control QA/QC documentation management and close out deficiencies.
