Qualifications

• BSc in IT, compliance, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in regulated environment with qualification or validation; at least 3 years in IT.
• Experience with IT service management processes and tools, including ServiceNow, and with Change & Release Management.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex technical documents and specifications.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills, and fluency in written and spoken English.
• Confidence representing Novo with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and authorities.
• Structured, self-managed approach and comfort working across countries and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Guide Service Managers and IT Architects through implementation, testing and retirement processes.
• Own central IT documentation content and help colleagues build compliance skills.
• Drive audit readiness, track actions, monitor and close audit actions, and handle deviations.
• Support qualification, verification, documentation and lifecycle management for IT infrastructure and workplace technologies, mainly in ServiceNow.
• Analyse and drive automation in compliance work, including AI implementation.
• Help put the Enterprise IT & Quality strategy for quality leadership into practice.
