Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Kalundborg, Denmark, onsite, is moving a new production facility from project into operation. You will help shape how IT validation and compliance are managed across the factory’s IT organisation.

Collaborating with IT, production and project stakeholders, you will embed the right level of compliance in daily operations, translate requirements into actions, and drive improvements to ensure audit readiness and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Academic degree within IT, engineering, quality or another relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within IT compliance, IT validation or quality.
• Hands-on understanding of validation activities and how compliance requirements translate into day-to-day IT operations.
• Experience driving improvements or compliance initiatives across stakeholders.
• The confidence to challenge existing approaches and assess whether documentation, processes and controls are fit for purpose.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to create clarity across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Help build and anchor a consistent IT validation and compliance approach across the factory IT organisation.
• Transition validation activities from project to stable operations and assess readiness.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear actions for local IT operations and system managers.
• Drive and anchor compliance initiatives, including audit readiness, deviations, procedures and related activities.
• Identify gaps, unclear ownership or inefficient practices and help establish better ways of working.
• Work with system managers and infrastructure to ensure the required compliance level is understood and maintained.
• Contribute to training and capability building across the organisation.
• Connect with compliance colleagues and process groups to bring requirements and good practices into the local setup.
