Job summary

Novo Nordisk is hiring an IT Compliance Advisor (Specialist) for Digital Workplace solutions in Ballerup, Denmark. The role focuses on turning regulatory requirements into practical steps for devices, M365, meeting rooms, and other services used by about 70,000 colleagues.

You will strengthen audit readiness, improve quality management, and bring automation including AI into compliance work, ensuring trusted and future-ready tools for a global workforce.

Qualifications

• BSc in IT, compliance, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience with qualification or validation in a regulated environment, including 3+ years in IT.
• Experience with IT service management processes and tools, including ServiceNow, and Change & Release Management.
• Excellent communication and English fluency.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory documents.

Responsibilities

• Guide Service Managers and IT Architects through implementation, testing and retirement processes.
• Own critical IT documentation content and help colleagues build compliance skills.
• Drive audit readiness, track and close audit actions.
• Support qualification, verification, documentation and lifecycle management for IT infra and workplace tech, mainly in ServiceNow.
• Analyse and drive automation in compliance work, including AI implementation.
• Help implement the Enterprise IT & Quality strategy for quality leadership.
