Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Bagsværd, Denmark, seeks a Senior Project Manager IT to lead strategic digital projects and establish a standardised CMC data foundation. You will harmonise product, process and analytical information and turn it into reusable data products, enabling Digital CMC, AI and structured regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology or related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading large-scale IT, digital transformation or data programmes.
• Strong experience with data governance, master data management, information models and enterprise data standards.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional programmes involving IT, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Product Development and Data Engineering teams.
• Experience managing scope, budget, timelines, resources, vendors, risks and stakeholder engagement end to end.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
• Excellent leadership, change management, communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end project management responsibility – roadmap, analysis to delivery and hypercare.
• Lead rollout of data harmonisation across CMC and drive provisioning of high-quality reusable data products.
• Drive data standardisation and governance for Digital CMC, AI and digital regulatory submissions.
• Manage roadmaps, identify impediments early and act to keep delivery on track.
• Own stakeholder management, budgeting and communication towards the business.
• Coordinate product development requests between users, vendors and IT development partner.
