Arrow Global Components (AGC) is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Viby, near Aarhus. You will manage your own customer portfolio, prepare offers, and build long-term relationships while working closely with account managers, engineers, and the procurement team.

We value a proactive, customer-focused attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.

Qualifikationen

• Customer-focused mindset and desire to help others.

• Experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles.

• Proficiency in English and Danish, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Managing your own customer portfolio and building long-term relationships.
• Preparing offers and following up with customers.
• Proactively reaching out to customers and identifying opportunities for more support and solutions.
• Maintaining customer agreements and ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborating with colleagues across sales, customer service and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Using digital tools and systems to manage requests and follow up on activities.
