Job summary

Sund & Bælt invites you to contribute to the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link project as a Quality Coordinator, ensuring quality requirements across Europe’s largest infrastructure project. You will join a highly skilled team and support design through execution, collaborating with contractors and suppliers to uphold standards.

Based in Copenhagen with regular days at the owner’s office in Rødbyhavn, you will lead reviews, audits, NCR follow-ups, and drive continuous improvement of internal procedures.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a similar technical discipline.
• At least five years of experience from construction or infrastructure projects, including one to two years working with quality management.
• Experience with quality processes, Quality Management Systems, and audit processes.
• Strong written and spoken English skills; excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading and conducting reviews of contractors’ management plans and quality-related documentation.
• Coordinating participation in contractors’ audits and supporting planning and execution of supplier audits.
• Monitoring and following up on contractors’ non-conformities (NCRs).
• Leading quality management meetings with contractors.
• Assisting with internal quality reporting and documentation.
• Ensuring internal coordination and compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Supporting the preparation and continuous improvement of internal procedures.
