ENABL A/S is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to strengthen quality across complex engineering projects. You will partner with project managers, engineers, and customers to embed quality requirements into daily work and prevent defects through robust processes and continuous improvement.
The role emphasizes early risk identification, corrective actions, and leading audits, with responsibility for documenting root causes and enhancing procedures within the quality management system.
Are you passionate about quality, project execution, and technical problem-solving? Do you want to play a key role in strengthening quality management across complex engineering projects? ENABL is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer who can turn quality processes into real project value.
At ENABL, quality is an essential part of our strategy, our culture, and the world-class solutions we deliver to customers in the wind industry. In this role, you will be a trusted quality partner for highly skilled technical teams, helping projects succeed through strong processes, early risk identification, continuous improvement, and a clear focus on customer requirements.
As our new Senior Quality Engineer, your primary focus will be to strengthen quality in projects from planning through execution and delivery. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, specialists, and customers to ensure that quality requirements are understood, integrated into everyday project work, and translated into practical actions that prevent defects, reduce risks, and support continuous improvement.
A key part of the role will be to identify quality and safety risks early, support appropriate controls, and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented, verified, and validated. You will also take the lead in documenting and implementing root cause processes and in developing supplemental procedures and tools that make process execution simple and effective.
Alongside this project quality focus, audits will be an important secondary area of responsibility. You will help plan, facilitate, and follow up on internal and external audits - including customer audits - ensuring that findings are translated into meaningful improvements. You will also contribute to Quality Management Plans, maintain procedures, instructions, and templates in the quality management system, use data from deviations to identify priorities, and support project teams with training and practical guidance on quality principles.
You bring a relevant bachelor’s degree or similar educational background and solid experience with quality management in technical and project-driven environments. You are structured and detail-oriented while still keeping the bigger picture in mind, and you are motivated by improving processes, solving problems, and creating lasting value for projects and customers.
You are confident in analysing and assessing technical issues, deviations, and processes, and you can translate findings into clear actions. You are a trained auditor, preferably with experience in ISO standards such as ISO (9001, 14001, 45001) and you understand how audits can support practical improvements in projects and processes. Strong communication skills are important, as you will collaborate across disciplines, facilitate discussions, and support project teams in working effectively with quality and safety requirements.
You are fluent in Danish and have strong English skills, both verbal and written.
At ENABL, you will join a company with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development. We offer attractive employee benefits, competitive salary based on qualifications, flexible work arrangements, and a collaborative environment where you will work alongside highly skilled specialists within mechanics, electrical engineering, software, and project management. You can look forward to challenging and rewarding tasks, supportive colleagues, and an informal, energetic culture with high activity and strong team spirit.
