Job summary

Sund & Bælt in Denmark seeks a Quality Coordinator to support the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link project. You will ensure compliance with quality requirements across design and execution phases, collaborating with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers in a complex matrix organization.

Based in Copenhagen with regular days at the owner’s office in Rødbyhavn, you will lead reviews of contractor plans, coordinate audits, monitor NCRs, and help improve internal procedures within the Quality

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar technical field.
• At least five years in construction or infrastructure projects, with one–two years in quality management.
• Experience with quality processes and audit procedures.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Excellent communication skills in a complex matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead reviews of contractors’ management plans and quality documentation.
• Coordinate participation in contractor audits and supplier audits.
• Monitor and follow up on contractor NCRs.
• Lead quality management meetings with contractors.
• Assist with internal quality reporting and documentation.
• Ensure alignment with the Quality Management System and procedures.
