Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably Indonesian cuisine.
• Knowledge of traditional Indonesian ingredients and cooking methods.
• Ability to work in both slow and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent teamwork and communication in English.
• Food safety certification is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Indonesian dishes with precision and consistency.
• Manage kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items.
